253930aac2 Fixed mobile not toggling on/off properly 
- Chrome & Firefox Mobile issue
- Despite not having hover in JS, CSS :hover selector was activating
- Tiny, inactive mobile-only button was clickable
- Fixed duplicate key issue in icon links
