ccd975d181 feat!: upgrade to Vue3, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Pinia 
- Added tailwindcss, shadcn, vite, typescript, pinia
- Removed webpack, ejs, moment, instantsearch, algolia, bootstrap
- Disabled most sass, original components
- Began redesigning light themed index page
